They are only open in the morning from Monday to Friday. It is practically impossible to be served. I have a contracted trip and a few days after doing it, I have gone to the office 4 times, where there are always several people waiting outside to be seen. I have requested documentation by email and they have not sent it to me, probably due to excessive workload. It is a pity, since the travel agents are very professional but, to this day, I would not contract with them again. I find it incredible that a company of such a reputation goes like this and does not consider starting to take its workers out of erte to be able to offer a minimum of Quality in terms of customer service.
It does not seem right to me that you have to rate your experience to get the purchase ticket, it is not a free evaluation, if manipulated. The cashier is on top watching how you score and it depends on how you do it, you have to put up with the bad face of the cashier. This taking into account that they ask you to rate where it is you yourself (as in my case) who is looking for the merchandise, sizes and others because there was no saleswoman. With which the doubt comes to you if the score is for them or your self-care. Regrettable
